This step enables us to secure pre-approval from the Department of Foreign Employment (DoFE).
Once DoFE pre-approval is granted, we proceed with advertising the job openings. Through multiple channels, such as newspapers, radio, SMS, and social media, we attract qualified candidates, ensuring a broad reach for job seekers.
After receiving applications, we gather CVs and relevant documents for evaluation. Employers shortlist candidates based on their qualifications, and interviews are scheduled to assess their suitability for the role.
Shortlisted candidates undergo interviews with the employer or recruitment officer. For positions requiring a trade test, we organize the necessary assessments as per the employer's specifications. Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer.
